1. This is a Pre-order spree, stock availability will only be known after we receive the items from the
suppliers.
2. Waiting Time: 2 to 3 weeks after spree closing date
3. We reserve the rights to reject any order.
4. No payment = No order.
5. No cancellation and changes to order once payment is made. If spree-er back out last minute, the
money transferred will be forfeited.
6. Refunds will be only be made for items that are out of stock or for cancellation of spree.
7. Exchanges are strictly not allowed, except for faulty items which buyer must inform us (with supporting
photos) within 7 days after item received. We will not entertain such request after 7 days.
8. Please note photo of items’ colours may vary slightly due to lightning effects. Measurements
allowance is +/- 1-2 cm for clothes.
9. All shoe charms shown in the photos are for illustration purposes, please email us if you wish to purchase
shoe charms are $1 each.
10. All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.
11. All updates on orders will be done via email.
12. Items uncollected after 60days will be resold and no refund will be given. We will not entertain request
for refund if you failed to collect your items within the deadline.
13. We will not be responsible for the following situations:
- Shipment delayed by Delivery Courier or SingPost.
- Item get damaged during shipping.
- We will not be responsible if spree-er provide wrong mailing address.
- Item get lost in normal mail. Registered Mail or courier service is recommended.
- We reserve the rights to cancel the spree. If there are any unfortunate events such as supplier
disappearing after payment is made, we shall not be blamed. Of course, we’ll ensure everything
will run smoothly.
- We are not liable if the item is not up to your expectation or the item does not reflect 100% of the
picture.
14. Disclaimer:
- All items have been sourced from certified suppliers. We will not deal with any authenticity issues.
- We are not authorized dealer or associate of any of the designers, brands or manufacturers that are
listed on my site. All trademarks, brand names and logos mentioned are used for identification purposes
only and are registered trademarks of their respective owners who reserve the rights of ownership.
- Any advice provided by us to our best of knowledge with reference to the item is given free and we
are not liable for the advice given, all advice is accepted at your risk.
- If you are purchasing items from us for resale, you understand and agree that we will not be liable
for all damage/complaints or whatsoever by your own customers.
